7 Things You Can Do Now to Instantly Feel Better

I am notorious for overthinking things, seriously, my senior quote was “stop, let me overthink about it first”… not even joking.

It can be a blessing in disguise though! I am super creative and I can go down huge rabbit holes of ideas and things I want to create for YOU! All of this can be overwhelming at times. So i’ve gathered together a list of things I do that help me feel more organized, put together, healthier, and relaxed!

  • Color Code your closet, I even did my husband’s side because it bothered me not to have them match!

  • Go through your clothes and get rid of things you have not worn in the past year. (yes even those things you THINK you MIGHT wear one day if that potential situation comes up, get rid of it)

  • Eat Something Healthy-ish

  • Do a Brain Dump - set a timer for 10 minutes and write everything you think of that needs to be done or you want to be done. Then organize it in order of importance!

  • Go for a walk or do some type of workout for 30 minutes.

  • Go get your favorite drink and go for a drive! Bring a friend if you’d like! This always helped me find clarity in difficult situations.

  • Wash your sheets. There is nothing like have your sheets cleaned to help you feel like you have your “sheet together” (;
