Beauty Tips for Beginners
We all have to start somewhere right!? Whether you’ve just getting interested in the beauty industry or have been around for a while, these tips can help YOU! These are my tried and true methods for taking care of myself and feeling the most confident.
Take Care of Your Skin FIRST!
Seriously, its best to work on the canvas first, and then paint on it! Start by getting on a skin regimen that works for you! I always recommend atleast a cleanser, serum, eye cream, and SPF! If you can only invest in one product, invest in a good serum FIRST.
Drink More Water
You hear it all the time! But drink half your weight in oz everyday! If drinking water is as hard for you as it is for me, add a good flavor you actually enjoy! You will feel like you have more energy, and your skin will look better too!!
Tinkle Razor
My Makeup goes on SO much smoother when I do this! No more peach fuzz catching that powder or my mustache being accentuated by my makeup products! I have a reel on my instagram giving you my tips and tricks on how to do this.
Invest In A Good Concealer
No matter how much I sleep I constantly have dark circles under my eyes, and ofcourse breakout around my period! My very favorite concealers are Shape tape by Tarte! Or if you need a less expensive option that offers a more natural look, I love the age rewind concealer!
Sleep More
I always strive to get atleast 8-9 hours of sleep at night! The benefits are endless! Your body heals itself when you sleep. So that means, Less wrinkles, a glowing complextion, AND less puffy eyes!
Learn To Blend
When in doubt, blend it out. ESPECIALLY your concealer and foundation! It always drove me NUTS when I saw a distinct jaw line of unblended foundation… I love to use a beauty blender to blend all my cream products and fluffy brushes for my powder products including eyeshadow!
Brows Are The Key
It’s not a secret brows can make or break the face, and different brow shapes can make someone look COMPLETELY different! I always recommend investing in your brows, make sure you find someone who can properly shape your brows! and if you have a hard time maintaining the correct shape, invest in microblading! It’s extremely easy to shape your brows after that! Start now by booking your brow shaping or microblading now!
