The outcome of your appointment has SO MANY variables. It does not solely depend on the artist you choose. YOU as a client and pre/after care plays a part in your Microblading outcome as well!

Day Of Session:

  • Avoid blood thinners which include: Aspirin or ibuprofen

(blood thinners cause bleeding, swelling, hypersensitivity, slows healing)

  • Avoid soda/ energy drinks/ coffee

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before appointment

  • Avoid exercise and massage (circulates blood)

  • Please make sure to eat breakfast and/or lunch before appointment.

Week Before Session:

  • Avoid fish oil vitamin E (natural blood thinner) for one week prior to appointment

  • Do not tint for 3 days prior

Two Weeks Before Session:

  • Avoid exfoliation and anti-aging or acne treatments on area, peel (may thin the skin)

  • Do not tan or have a sun burned face two weeks prior to appt

  • Do not pick, wax, tweeze, or perform electrolisis

Remember:

  • Do your research about the artist and the location before your appointment day! Plan for traffic delays or a missed turn. (we all know it can happen!)

  • Review the aftercare online (in FAQ section) and familiarize yourself in what is expected of you to do during healing and what should be avoided!

As always, feel free to submit a contact form if you have any questions!

See you soon!
