Microblading Vs Brow Tint

Tinting-

Tinting is TEMPORARY and is usually done with high quality dyes or with henna dye. Tinting colors the hairs that you currently have. Ocassionally, depending on your skin type, the tint can also color the skin to provide a semi-fuller looking brow. However, the tint on the skin only lasts a few days. Most clients come back every 2 to 6 weeks to get their brows tinted. Tinting is non-invasive and will typically only color the hairs it is applied too. The entire process for tinting usually takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes.

Microblading-
On the other hand, microblading is SEMI-PERMANENT TO PERMANENT. This means that once you have it, it will not fade or disappear for 6 months to two years depending on your skin type, enviornment, age, etc. Microblading takes the process of getting a semi-tattoo. I use a blade compromised of many little needles, and manually make hairlike stroke into your skin and add pigment. The hair-like strokes m mimic natural hairs. Microblading will add fullness and depth to your current eyebrows. The initial microblading service can take up to 2 hours. I like to make sure you know it is a two step process. After the initial service, you have a 6 week touch up to make sure the pigment has taken properly. From there, you only need touch ups every 15 months-2 years depending on how the pigment has faded in your skin.

It really comes down to how often you are wanting to come in for brow matienance, if you prefer something that’ll fade quicker or have longer lasting results, some thing that adds more fullness or just tints the hair you already have!
